This Privacy Policy applies to the web site www.lsaportfolios.com (the "Site") which is owned and operated by Life Strategies Analytics, Inc. d/b/a LSA Portfolio Analytics, its subsidiaries or its affiliated companies (“Company,” or “we,” “us” or “our”). Defined terms from the Terms of Use that are used in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy describes the information gathering and use practices that Company applies to Subscribers and Visitors who access or use the Site. When you access or use the Site, you accept this Privacy Policy; if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site. Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy periodically as described in the section titled “Changes in This Privacy Policy.”
Please note that certain provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to Subscribers and not to Visitors. If a provision is silent on whether it applies to Subscribers and Visitors or Subscribers only, it applies to both Subscribers and Visitors.
Information Collection & Use
Reviewing the Site This section applies if you simply review the Site without ordering items or otherwise supplying personally identifiable information to Company. In that event, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as name, address, e-mail address). We may gather information concerning the portions of the Site you visited and the content you reviewed for our use in tracking statistics about Site usage, evaluating the Site and personalizing your viewing experience, but the information we gather does not identify you by name, address or e-mail address. We may use cookies or other means to gather and track such non-personally identifiable information, and you have the option to set your browser to reject cookies. Registration and Ordering (applies to Subscribers) This section applies if you order items (including any Subscription Content) from Company through the Site. In order to obtain items from Company using this Site, you must first complete the applicable online registration and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give personally identifiable information that may include your name, address, phone number, credit card number and other information. This information is necessary to process your application, fulfill your order and contact you. When you enter this information on our registration or order form, we encrypt it using secure socket layer technology (“SSL”).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. This means that this information will be shared with credit card processors, your credit card company and our related processing or fulfillment vendors, but only for purposes of fulfilling your order and billing your credit card. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We may also use this information to contact you about items on our Site in which you have expressed interest, or to send you an email newsletter or other advertising and marketing materials. Social Security Numbers We do not require your social security number to process orders for items ordered on the Site.
Surveys or Contests From time to time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on the Site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information may include contact information (such as name, e-mail address and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code).
We may use this information to review and evaluate survey results, judge contests, notify contest winners and award prizes, monitor Site traffic or personalize the Site (in the case of anonymous information collected in surveys), or to send participants an email newsletter.

Company stores this information for the purpose of sending this one-time “thank you” email and tracking referrals, and for any purposes identified above under the headings “Registration and Ordering” and “Surveys or Contests” if the party who referred you fills out a registration form, places an order or participates in a contest or survey.

Special Offers and Updates If you provide information as part of registering or ordering products or services on our Site, we will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals or promotions, including newsletters or similar items. Service-related Announcements We will send you service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the items you request us to provide you, and to manage your account. Our communications with you will be made in the manner specified in our contract with you.
Supplementation of Information In order to provide certain of our products and services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal information you submit to us with information from third party sources.
ID Verification We may use a third party or third party software to verify your identity and the other personally identifiable information you have provided to us. This is in order to ensure that the person who purchases or licenses our products and services is in fact the person that he or she represents himself or herself to be, and to confirm that person is authorized to order items from us.
Enhancement of Profile Information We may purchase marketing data from third parties and add it to our existing user database, to better target our advertising to you and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To enrich our profiles of customers, we may tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable) We may share aggregated demographic information about our visitor and customer base with our partners and advertisers. Log Files

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We may employ software technology such as web beacons, web bugs, clear gifs and similar code that help us better manage content on our Site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages.
